Is there a free trial?

Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can import up to 1,000 contacts and send your first campaigns during the trial.

How does onboarding work?

Growth and Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding with a Customer Success Manager. Starter customers have access to self-serve guides and email support.

Can I migrate from another platform?

Absolutely. We offer free data migration for annual plan customers. Our team handles the import of contacts, segments, and historical email data from Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and others.

Is Mercately GDPR compliant?

Yes. Mercately is fully GDPR and CCPA compliant. All customer data is stored in SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure with optional EU data residency.
